| Abstract | : | Purpose: In 2022, Yogyakarta Province's Special Region had 43 maternal deaths, with Bantul Regency having 15 cases. Monitoring integrated antenatal care (ANC) programs is essential for assuring service quality and lowering maternal mortality. This study evaluates the integrated antenatal care program's implementation in the Bantul Regency. Methods: This program evaluation used a descriptive approach with CIPP model evaluation, focusing on program implementation in four dimensions: context, input, process, and product. Data was gathered from 18 program administrators—17 public health centers (PHC) and 1 district health office (DHO)—through interviews with questionnaires and observation checklists. Data were collected from January to February 2024, then presented as tables, graphs, and narratives, while open questions were recounted based on findings. Results: There were a total of 18 participants. All respondents (100%) were female, had undergraduate and professional education (72.2%), and worked as doctors (72.2%). We found five PHCs (29.4%) lacked a psychologist and could not perform mental examinations. Providing pregnancy testing (43.8%), iron supplementation (41.8%), and childbirth preparation counseling (28.6%) had the lowest coverage rates in the integrated antenatal care process. Based on observations at 17 selected PHCs, the product success rate for providing integrated antenatal services in Bantul Regency was 79.7%. Conclusion: This study's implementation of integrated antenatal care provided is above average, but each examination is not completed entirely. It is essential to provide evidence-based, high-quality maternal health services that are adaptable to regional needs and capable of removing new obstacles. |
