| Abstract | : | The following article is a form of critical review of the laws and regulations relating to mangrove management, renewable energy and electricity. The author traces the synchronization of laws and regulations in the mangroves management, and how the development of renewable energy in mangrove areas for electricity according to laws and regulations. Searching is done by relying on secondary data. The results of the study, that there have been efforts to synchronize regulations relating to mangrove management, but the regulations regarding mangrove management are still very minimal, because that of in the form of presidential regulations and economic ministerial regulations, and only regulates in relation to coordination between institutions in mangrove management . On the other hand there are still many laws related with mangrove management, so there are still many problem, for instance, overlapping authority and overlapping crime. However, there are breakthroughs in electricity regulations that support the development of renewable energy for electricity, by requiring PT. PLN to purchase electricity from renewable energy power plants at a fixed price or the highest benchmark price set by the government, namely the feed in tariff policy. |
