| Abstract | : | The purpose of this study is to investigate and to analyze the causal factors of a deviant agreement can be the basis of the land rights transfer and analyze the juridical implication of the land rights transfer by using deviant agreement based on Agrarian Law and Civil Law. This study is a normative law research, it based on secondary data in the form of legislation, books, and relevant articles to the research material. The approaches used in this study are the statute approach and the conceptual approach. |
