Abstract : Recorded morbidity data in primary health care is different from data found in other health services. Therefore, in managing this data, ideally, a specific classification standard for primary health care services should be used, namely the International Classification for Primary Care (ICPC), where so far primary health care services in Indonesia are still using International Statistical Classification of Disease and Related Health Problems Tenth Revision (ICD-10) as a classification standard. This paper aims to integrate ICPC into an electronic medical record prototype in a family physician clinic. Focus group discussions, interviews, documentation studies, and observations were carried out with family physician clinic stakeholders regarding the need for ICPC implementation. The initial stage of implementation was carried out by data mapping between ICD-10 and ICPC. Furthermore, the data is displayed in a web-based electronic medical record where the officer only needs to do a codification with one of the classification standards and it will automatically display both the ICD-10 code and the corresponding ICPC code. Family physician clinic stakeholders welcomed the integration of ICPC in an electronic medical record prototype that made it easier for them to make disease index.
