Title : Karakterisasi Sistem Tomografi Fotoakustik Real-Time

Abstract : istem tomografi fotoakustik (TFA) telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. TFA adalah pencitraan cross-sectional atau tiga dimensi berdasarkan efek fotoakustik. Namun pada beberapa waktu terakhir TFA dikembangkan sebagai teknologi pencitraan. TFA menggabungkan resolusi ultrasonik tinggi dan kontras optik yang kuat dalam satu modalitas tunggal. TFA mampu memberikan resolusi struktural dan fungsional yang tinggi, serta pencitraan molekuler in vivo dalam jaringan biologis pada tingkat kedalaman yang optimal. Dengan multiparameter dan kemampuan pencitraan multiskala, TFA telah diterapkan dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu, termasuk kardiologi, dermatologi, onkologi, oftalmologi, gastroenterologi, hematologi, dan neurologi. Dalam hal pencitraan lokasi, TFA dapat digunakan untuk pencitraan tumor dan kanker pada payudara dan pencitraan hewan kecil dari otak, telinga, mata, hati, usus, dan kulit. Dalam hal fungsionalitas, TFA telah banyak digunakan untuk pencitraan anatomi, fungsional, molekuler, dan metabolisme. Adapun ukuran objek, TFA dapat mendeteksi objek mulai dari organel ke organ manusia atau seluruh tubuh hewan kecil. Tujuan dari penelitian yang diusulkan dalam proposal ini adalah mengkarakterisasi kinerja system tomografi fotoakustik bersumber laser diode biru dan hijau yang berkerja secara real-time dalam pengolahan citranya yang sudah dirancang bangun di Lab Fisika Atom dan Inti FMIPA UGM.
