Abstract : The existence of social media at this time cannot be ignored in various fields of life, including in the field of public relations. For the practice of public relations, the presence of social media not only adds new media as a medium of communication for public relations activities but also radically changes the practice of public relations. The practice of public relations before the presence of social media tends to be one-way communication. With the presence of social media, the practice of public relations no longer relies solely on direct communication, but also interactive communication. This article discusses various dimensions of social media and their influence on aspects of interactivity in the world of public relations.
