| Abstract | : | One of the historical relics of the Kingdom of Mataram in Alas Mentaok (Kotagede) is the Gedhe Mosque of Mataram Kotagede. The mosque is a heritage building that must always be maintained its authenticity and preservation. One of the technologies that can maintain the authenticity and sustainability of the Kotagede Mataram Gedhe Mosque is with geospatial technology. Geospatial technology is related to spatial documentation, where one form is the site of the Gedhe Mataram Kotagede Mosque. The application of geospatial technology in this activity is by mapping in 3D using a laser scanner. The result of this mapping is a 3D document of heritage buildings in detail, accurately and thoroughly, which then form the 3D shape of the mosque building is extracted to create a mosque building footprint. With the tread of the building, the dimensions, shape, and size of each room inside the mosque can be calculated, including the thickness of the walls of the Mataram Kotagede Gedhe Mosque, the distance between the pillars and the dimensions and sizes of other objects. The purpose of this research is to document historical buildings, in this case, the Mataram Gedhe Mosque Kotagede digitally and in three dimensions, so that if there is damage in the mosque building later, the size, dimensions, and shape of the building site can be reconstructed based on digital documents which exist. So that the aspects of authenticity and preservation of heritage buildings are always maintained. |
