| Abstract | : | This study was conducted to explore the various patterns of the anchor structure that may be owned by an individual and compare it with personality constructs based on the Big Five theory. The patterns of this anchor structure can be attributed to a person's behavior patterns or personality. Meanwhile, Big Five Personality is said to be a personality theory that is believed to be comprehensive enough to explain a variety of human behavior. This study will explore the relationship between the stability of the Anchor with the personality profile according to the Big Five Personality. The objective of the study is to ensure that the two concepts are independent. Hypothesis of this research is: Anchor constructs are separate from the constructs of Big Five Personality. This research used Exploratory Factor Analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the factor analysis showed that the four anchors constructs are different from the big five personality constructs. Virtues is the strongest construct within the four anchors, followed by materials, self and others. |
