Abstract : Forest village women have an important role in maintaining harmony in the forest and their families. Although they are able to complete domestic tasks and work in the forest to support family food security and resilience, their role is sometime neglected. One of the efforts to improve family food security is by introducing the Go-Honey program, that is, combining activities of optimizing home-garden, planting nectar and pollen producing-plants, and adopting stingless beekeeping. This program was carried out in Banaran Village, Playen, Gunungkidul. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of WhatsApp Group (WAG) became an effective communication platform for distance learning to deliver this program. This article describes the initiation, dynamics and evaluation of Go-Honey program by employing texting, sharing and mentoring (TSM) through WAG Chat. We conclud that the successful transfer of knowledge and skills through TSM with a combination of limited offline activities could still achieve the goal of increasing the capacity of forest village women.
