| Abstract | : | Personal shopper and consignment gain its popularity in Indonesia in the past few years. Although the goods are entrusted, there are no deposit elements regulated in Civil Code in the relationship between parties. This article analyses the legal construction of Shopping entrusted goods service and entrusted goods selling based on the Civil Code. This article uses a normative approach in finding the legal structure while being supported by secondary legal materials. This article found that legal relationships in personal shoppers can be in sale and purchase or buying agency. While consignment is a new contract that is not specifically regulated in Civil Code. |
