Dr Yani Rahmawati is currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Architecture and Planning, at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Previously, she was a lecturer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), Malaysia. During her tenure at UTP, she was appointed as project coordinator for consultancy projects. She was also appointed as visiting professor at the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities at Mahidol University, Thailand. Since August 2017, she secured 6 international research grants and other research grants at industrial and national levels, with main research interests in collaborative design, building information modelling (BIM), and sustainable construction. She also has experience in teaching BIM in Construction, Civil Engineering Materials, Sustainable Construction Materials, Construction Project Management, Project Management in Oil and Gas, Project Finance and Investment, Principles of Structure, Building Systems and Construction.
